Play a key role in developing and expanding the international business of HQ Group\'s HQS10000 project. Responsible for building and managing the team, increasing revenue to ensure HQ Group\'s globally oriented business goals.
Job Description
Objective:
Play a pivotal role in driving the international business expansion of HQ Group\'s HQS10000 project. Responsible for building and managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring business objectives align with HQ Group\'s global strategy.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop, implement, and manage business plans, product, and service development strategies.
Recruit, develop, and lead the site team to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize operations and sales processes.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Preference for candidates graduated with distinction from NEU, FTU, HUST.
Language
Minimum B2 - level English proficiency (reading, comprehension, and basic communication) - primarily working with global market clients.
Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Preference for candidates with experience managing international marketplaces, especially in game-services or cross-border e-commerce sectors.
Proven experience in developing business plans, sales strategies, and market analysis.
Ability to manage and lead a team of 6-10 members.
Directly led or contributed to projects generating minimum monthly revenue of USD 50,000 in digital or cross-border domains.
Skill
Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage business projects, including client acquisition and engagement.
Strategic thinking, decisiveness, problem-solving under pressure.
Proficient in team management, employee training, and optimizing operational processes.
